He looks a little horrified, no? Kinda like he's about to roll off of a large object (in this case, my belly) and is frantically attempting to find a way to avert his imminent demise but is paralyzed by his unfortunate undeveloped newborn motor control. Meanwhile I am completely oblivious.
Lest I never be allowed to babysit, here are a couple of photos where he looks relatively safe.
