This month marks the 10th month Shannan Shaw's (Shannan Smith to you who went to high school or UT with us) 3 year old daughter, Maddie, has been in Mott's Children's ICU waiting for a donor heart to become available. I know it would mean a lot for anyone who reads this to send Maddie and the Shaws your positive thoughts, prayers, and hopes that a heart will soon come along that is a match and will allow Maddie to live the life she was born to live.
